Individual Spokesperson Training
Preparation for individuals who regularly face journalists, cameras, and microphones on behalf of a club, federation, or organisation. Press conferences, media interviews, crisis situations, and sponsor events.
Being a spokesperson is a specific skill that most people learn under pressure, in public, at the worst possible moment. This training is built on seven years of institutional communications experience at the Portuguese Basketball Federation and over 1,300 live broadcasts — combining the perspective of what spokespeople need to say with how broadcasters hear it. Preparation is individual, structured, and grounded in the participant's specific context.
